If an item does not meet your expectations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your parcel to request a return.

- Returned items must be complete, unused, undamaged, and unstained.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you.
To return one or more items from your order:
- Log in to your Lulli customer account.
- Go to "My Orders" and click on "My Purchases".
- Click "View Details", then "Request a Return".
- Select the item(s) and quantity(ies) you wish to return.
- Confirm your return request.
A return form will be generated automatically. Please print it and place it inside your parcel.
You can then send your return using a tracked postal service to the following address:

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number, as you may be required to provide proof of delivery to our warehouse in the event of a dispute.
We also recommend insuring your parcel for the value of its contents, as this will allow you to be compensated in the event of loss by the carrier.
