If you would like to return an item in a LULLI boutique, simply follow these steps:
- Request your return through your Lulli customer account.
- Print the return form and place it inside your parcel.
- Drop off your parcel at the LULLI boutique of your choice.
⚠️ A proof of drop-off document must be signed when you leave your parcel in store.
Please note:
- Items must be carefully packed in a cardboard box. Returns in bags unfortunately cannot be accepted.
- No exchanges or refunds can be processed in store.
Once your parcel is received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed quickly, usually within 24 to 72 hours.
During busy periods (sales, promotional events, holiday seasons, etc.), return processing times may be extended to up to 14 days.
