If an item is not suitable, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal.
✅ Returns are free within Metropolitan France, with one prepaid Colissimo return label per order.
To return one or more items:
- Log in to your Lulli customer account.
- Go to “My Orders”, then click on “My Purchases”.
- Click “View Details” and then “Request a Return”.
- Select the item(s) and quantity(ies) you wish to return.
- Confirm your return request.
A prepaid Colissimo label and a return form will then be available for download.
- Print the return form and place it inside your parcel.
- Attach the prepaid Colissimo label to the outside of the box.
Once your return is ready, simply drop off your parcel at a Colissimo post office or pickup point. Be sure to keep your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed.
⚠️ Returned items must be:
- Complete and unused
- In perfect condition
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
Items that are incomplete, damaged, stained, or show signs of use cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.
📍 Is there a Lulli boutique near you? You may also drop off your return parcel at any Lulli boutique. A proof of deposit document must be signed when leaving your parcel in store.
